About the role
Lead quality engineering across web, API and AI applications, building automation frameworks and a strong QA team.
What you’ll do
- Define test strategy and automation frameworks
- Lead a team of QA engineers
- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Establish quality metrics and reporting
- Define testing approaches for AI/LLM applications
What you’ll bring
- 6–10 years of QA experience, including 3+ years in automation leadership
- Strong programming skills for automation (Java, Python or TypeScript)
- Experience with UI, API and performance testing
- Experience leading teams
Nice to have
- Experience testing AI/ML systems
- Performance testing with JMeter or k6
- ISTQB Advanced
