About the role
Lead high-impact client engagements, owning outcomes from problem discovery to production AI systems and guiding a blended onshore/offshore team.
What you’ll do
- Lead discovery with client executives and users
- Architect and build AI/agentic solutions end to end
- Lead an FDE pod including offshore engineers
- Set engineering standards, evaluation and security practices
- Turn successful patterns into reusable assets
- Support pre-sales scoping and solution design
What you’ll bring
- 6–10 years of software engineering experience, with significant client-facing delivery
- Proven record of shipping production systems in ambiguous environments
- Hands-on LLM/agentic AI development experience
- Strong architecture skills across cloud, data and integration
- Leadership and mentoring experience
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare)
- Multi-cloud experience
- Public speaking or technical writing
