About the role
Lead the design of internal developer platforms, Kubernetes foundations and SRE practices for enterprise clients.
What you’ll do
- Architect Kubernetes platforms and golden paths
- Lead CI/CD, GitOps and DevSecOps implementations
- Define SLOs, observability and incident processes
- Mentor DevOps engineers and review their work
- Drive reliability and cost improvements
What you’ll bring
- 6–10 years in DevOps, SRE or platform engineering
- Deep Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code expertise
- Experience designing CI/CD at scale
- Strong troubleshooting across networking, Linux and cloud
- Leadership or mentoring experience
Nice to have
- Backstage / internal developer platform experience
- Multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- CKA/CKS certification
