Lead data-science work that turns client data into forecasts, models and decisions — and mentor a growing team.
What you’ll do
- Frame business problems as data-science problems with clear success metrics
- Build forecasting, classification and optimisation models
- Design experiments and evaluate impact
- Partner with ML engineers to productionise models
- Mentor data scientists and review their work
What you’ll bring
- 6–10 years of data science experience
- Strong statistics and machine-learning foundations
- Expert Python and SQL
- Track record of models in production with measurable business impact
Nice to have
- Experience with LLMs and generative AI
- Causal inference or optimisation
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field
